Titan Auto LA automotive operations are permanently closed.

Effective September 29, 2026, Titan Auto LA permanently ceased accepting new automotive service requests, quotes, appointments, dispatches, and repair commitments.

Existing obligations are still being honored. Prior customer records, receivables, warranties, taxes, claims, and regulatory closeout remain preserved and handled under the applicable records and legal requirements.

GhostCore transition

The continuing California LLC is now GhostCore Systems LLC. The California Secretary of State approved and filed the legal-name amendment on September 29, 2026 (Entity No. B20260161858; Document No. BA20261849340). An updated Statement of Information was filed and accepted October 5, 2026 (Document No. BA20261888552), reflecting the current mobile auto repair, car-audio/alarm installation, related sales, customer-site, home administrative business description.

GhostCore Systems LLC is the same continuing LLC formerly named Titan Automotive Enterprises LLC. GhostCore is not yet open for paid mobile automotive repair, car-audio/security installation, retail sales, or customer transactions. Required BAR/licensing reconciliation, insurance, local/tax, customer-document, privacy/data-handling, payment, pricing, and public-identity launch gates must be verified first.
